How much will I pay for shipping? $5

Which carriers do you use?
All orders within the United States ship UPS or USPS.

When will my order ship?
Most of our orders ship the next business day. Any order placed after 8:00 am EST may not be processed until the NEXT business day (So, if you place an order on Friday at 10:00am EST or later, it may not be processed until Monday morning). Weekends and US holidays are not counted as business days.

How long before my order arrives?
Your package may take 2-8 business days to arrive.While most orders arrive in a very timely manner, shipping times cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery delays can occur due to weather, USPS or UPS errors or other factors beyond our control.


Orders being shipped to a military address, P.O. Box, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. territory address will ship via Priority Mail.

All shipments are insured and traceable.


Orders going to a PO Box or military address can only be shipped via Priority Mail (Regular Delivery inside the U.S. option) and cannot be shipped via our Rush Delivery option.

RETURNS:
1. Please notify us of the return within ten (10) days of your receipt of the product at info@allermates.com.
2. If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise) we will accept responsibility any shipping costs related to the return. Please contact info@allermates.com to arrange for a return label.
3. If the return is not due to an error of ours (e.g., you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.
4. Package returned to us marked "Refused," "Undeliverable," or otherwise, are may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. (This is solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens.) If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly input address, AllerMates is not responsible. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address.

CAN YOU CREATE A CUSTOM BRACELET OR CHARM?
Unfortunately we are unable to create a single style or small quantity bracelet or charm. (Small quantity would be anything under 2000 pieces). Our current bracelets are created in factories by using tooling and molds. In order to justify the price of creating those tools and molds - we need to order several thousand of each style.
Are you going to be producing any more types of charms or bracelets?
 At this time we do not have plans on producing any more types of charms.
  Most of your medicine cases are insulated. What does this mean exactly?
It is generally recommended that medicines be maintained at room temperature 20 °C (68 °F) to 25 °C (77 °F). Epinephrine may lose some of it's potency if exposed to extreme heat. Our medicine cases contain insulation but if your epinephrine is going to be exposed to extreme heat for an extended period of time, then please consider additional means of protection like adding an ice pack to the case for that time.
